Reporting for your concierge and C.H.A.D., plus billing — log in with the email you registered with.
If that email is on file, a login link is on its way — it expires in 30 minutes.
One monthly plan per product. The allowance resets on your billing day; to move up or down a tier, or cancel, use Manage billing.
Everything Brenner recommends and Brady displays comes from this list. Add and edit items here by hand, upload a spreadsheet, or let C.H.A.D. and the WooCommerce refresh fill it for you.
Turning on records adds a vinyl section here, unlocks the
Vinyl Intake tool (photo-to-listing for records — same staff key as C.H.A.D.),
and gives you Vinnie, a second concierge just for the bins — embed him next to Brenner by adding
&persona=vinnie to your widget line. Turning a type off hides it — nothing is deleted.
Your vinyl, graded Goldmine-style (media and sleeve separately). Key records in here by hand, upload a spreadsheet, or let Vinyl Intake read them off the photos.
Everything you've marked sold. Items move here off your inventory list — they stay in your records, out of the storefront and away from Brenner.
A freeform note your concierge (Brenner / Vinnie) answers from — hours, address, parking, lessons, returns and layaway policy, authorized-dealer brands. Plain facts work best: it's reference for the bot, not instructions, and it never changes what's actually in stock. Shoppers don't see it on item pages — that's what the item footer below is for.
One short line under every item on your storefront — the same on each listing, so you write it once instead of it being part of every description. Plain text; keep it to a sentence or two. Leave it empty to show no footer at all.
Get a heads-up in this portal when a shopper starts a new chat with your concierge. A bell appears up top with a count; open it to see who's asking and jump to the conversation. Keep the tab open in the background and it'll ping you.
The bell's count is always live — this only limits how often it chimes, so a busy day doesn't become a stream of pings.
Your shop's local time. The Activity tab's hour-of-day chart counts in it, so the busy hours line up with the clock on your wall, daylight saving included. Changes save as you pick.

Your team signs in to C.H.A.D. (and Vinyl Intake, if you sell records) with this key to turn photos into listings. Generate one, share it with your staff, and regenerate it any time to cut off an old one. Keep it private — anyone with it can run photo reads billed to your account.
Copy this now — for security it isn't shown again. Regenerate if you lose it.
Copy-and-paste tags for your own site, already filled in with your shop's key. Every option for every embed is in the embed docs.
Brady ships as a clean photo grid. Search and filters are off by default so shoppers ask your concierge to find things — turn them on if you'd rather have the toolbar.
Shoppers fill a cart on the grid and your store page, then check out on your own WooCommerce site — payment, shipping, tax and the order all stay in WooCommerce. Needs WooCommerce 10 or newer.
When a visitor first arrives (once every 20 minutes), Brenner hustles across the page to his corner — and whenever they click on empty page he walks along the bottom to where they clicked and stands there, chat bubble and all, then heads back to his corner when the chat closes. Turn it off if you'd rather he just sat in the corner.
